The following is the 2012-16 Collective Bargaining Agreement between Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association released to the public on May 23, 2012.The memorandum of understanding was reached on Nov. 22, 2011 (read the MOU that summarizes the agreement).

The current CBA expires on Dec. 1, 2016.

Why aren't the Rule 4 Draft changes found in the new CBA? This only includes the signing pools/penalties for international amateurs.
