PEDs in BaseballThe Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that free agent pitcher Michael Feliz has received a 50-game suspension after testing positive for metabolites of Stanozolol, a performanceenhancing
substance, in violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

The suspension of Feliz will be effective immediately upon his signing with a Major League organization.

With today's suspension, there have been 9 off-season drug suspensions, with 5 in the last two days. The total number of games that are currently set for players to be suspended for when the season starts, or a free agent is signed, is now at 450.
