The Biz of Baseball

Over the last few days, The Biz of Baseball, part of the Business of Sports Network, has seen a large increase in traffic due to several stories published. We're exceptionally flattered at the responce we have been getting, but it had come at a price.

If you have visited us over this time, you will have noticed that the site was either exceptionally slow, or that it had crashed, a sign that the heavy traffic was wreaking havoc on our servers.

Over the last 12 hours, we have migrated to a new dedicated server that will prevent this performance issue from happening in the future, and in baseball parlance, give us more power at the plate. Given that there plans for content after the first of the year that will drive traffic far higher, this move was bound to be in the works.

We appreciate your patience, and most of all, the fact that we are offering content that is driving more and more of you to our doorstep. We hope you return often, and thanks for visiting.

Sincerely,

Maury Brown
President
