Today, the Business of Sports Network, which includes the award-winning The Biz of Baseball, entered into a content partnership with 3P Sports (www.3PSports.com) that will see articles on biomechanical analysis, physical conditioning, behavioral coaching and beyond.

3PSports.com was founded by former Chicago White Sox, Toronto Blue Jay, Oakland A’s and NY Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson and Jim Duquette who is the former Vice President for Baseball Operations for the Baltimore Orioles, and a longtime member of the Mets front office where he worked for 14 years. Today Duquette is a National Baseball Analyst for Sirius / XM radio and for MLB.com.

The stories that will run on The Biz of Baseball will not only tap into Peterson and Duquette’s expertise, but from the incredible 3P Sports advisory staff which includes Al Leiter, Tom Glavine, Harvey Dorfman, Dr. James Andrews and Dr. Glenn Fleisig of the American Sports Medicine Institute (ASMI), and conditioning coach Jeff Mangold.

As part of bringing this new and exciting content to The Biz of Baseball, the Business of Sports Network is bringing on Gary Armida to the staff as a contributor. Armida formerly ran Full Count Pitch and has worked with 3P Sports on prior articles. Armida, as well as Maury Brown, the President of the Business of Sports Network, will be authoring these upcoming stories.

“We are extremely excited to be working with 3P Sports to bring articles that those that work in amateur and professional baseball can use to improve their baseball skills,” said Maury Brown, President of the Business of Sports Network. “The incredible well of expertise that 3P Sports offers will be a fantastic addition to The Biz of Baseball.”

"Having worked with The Biz of Baseball before, we know the quality and reach it offers," said Rick Peterson. "We look forward to this working relationship."

"The Biz of Baseball is well respected, and gives 3P Sports a solid platform to inform players at the amateur and professional levels how to improve their skills and prevent injury," said Jim Duquette.
