Don SuttonDon Sutton's time as a broadcaster for the Atlanta Braves is over. A Turner Broadcast System official made the announcement Thursday.

Sutton had been with the Braves since 1989. His contract had recently expired.

As part of MLB's new network television deal, Turner Sports will show division series games starting next season. Turner has offered Sutton a role as an analyst on division series playoff games that will air on TBS next year. Sutton is considering the offer.
